ERP and WMS Deployment

The ERP Software deployment includes everything from installation to configuration, data conversion, and report design leading to a user acceptance test. This UAT is a milestone proof that the solution is ready, after which we continue with training, inventory count, more data conversion and go-live. Very importantly we support the user group with significant on-site support during and immediately after go-live.

ERP Syspro Training

Our team is qualified and experienced at delivering ERP Syspro training via several methods including on-site hands-on training with exercises, to seminar type training, to train the trainer, to remote training. In all methods, we endeavour to equip your users with the necessary knowledge and confidence to operate the software solutions.

Integration

Both during initial projects and in later phases, we offer the skills and software components necessary to integrate external processes with SYSPRO ERP or DATASCOPE WMS. This includes capturing orders from an eCommerce site, meeting all kinds of EDI requirements, integrating shipping processes with a TMS (transport management solution), and more.

Business Intelligence & Reporting

Whether you are looking for simple lists to dashboards to dynamic graphic querying cubes, SYSPRO and DATASCOPE offer several reporting tools. We are experienced at all these tools including those included in the solutions, but also 3 rd party tools like SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) or Power BI. We can assist in determining which tools are the most appropriate for your requirements, and then either design the required output or assist your resources.

We pride ourselves in carrying out projects on a fixed cost basis. We can control any cost anxiety for you by completing our functional specification and then executing the project phases with appropriate project control. We use project planning tools that allow us to properly monitor and to share the progress with your internal team, keeping all stakeholders fully aware of progress and issues.
